We are also a licensed dealer and can more efficiently handle the resale of transportation or any titled assets.
Guarantees
We offer asset guarantees that provide our clients a safety net, ensuring a minimum return on their investments. Our guarantees provide peace of mind, especially in volatile market conditions. We pay our guarantees at closing, not after the assets are sold and reconciled. Typically, Nations Capital will charge a preferred return on that guarantee to compensate for its equity-risk and services, followed by a sharing of proceeds program for the benefit of the client. This structure creates a great alignment between Nations Capital and the Client as the sale of the assets is completed.
Stock Purchases
In certain, unique situations, Nations Capital may elect to complete an acquisition via a stock purchase versus an asset purchase, with a belief that we can rightsize the target and exit our investment over a longer timeframe. In this structure, we still heavily weight our valuation based on the value of the hard assets of the target company.
